RIU points – RIU Class
This would be our own currency, if you like. You can pay for your order exclusively with RIU points, which of course includes delivery costs. When you make your order, RIU Hotels & Resorts manually checks the actual availability of the RIU points required. By unlocking and transferring the RIU points to our store, the order can be processed and the items sent accordingly. Should you not have sufficient RIU points in your account to make the desired order, we also offer an intermediate alternative: pay part of the order with points and the remainder with any of the possible payment options. In this case, the availability checking process is the same as when you are paying solely with RIU points, but the remaining or additional payment is added using the desired method.

Klarna – Immediate transfer with Sofort
Purchasing online has never been so safe. With Sofort, safety comes first. You can use your own details for online banking, without having to introduce personal data or card details. Once you have completed your order, you will be redirected to the Sofort GmbH payment page. This secure payment page is where you will have to enter your online banking details. As sellers, we don’t have access to them. Your corresponding access details, such as your PIN or TAN are not visible at any point either to us as the sellers, or to third parties, including Klarna and SOFORT GmbH personnel. Immediately after the bank transfer has been completed correctly, you will receive confirmation of the payment and the RIU-Shop will directly receive payment. PayPal
You can make purchases simply and very easily with PayPal. Once you have completed your order, you will be directed to the PayPal page, where your details are safely deposited. You can pay online easily with your PayPal password. PayPal encrypts your data securely so you don’t have to enter it each time, and it is not shared with us as sellers. PayPal also offers free buyer protection: should you have any problems, they are available to assist. Credit card
Once you have completed your order, you will be directed to the Saferpay payment page of SIX Payment Services GmbH, to process the credit card payment. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Immediately after the payment both yourself and Riu-Shop will receive confirmation of the payment transaction. The order will be processed and the articles sent accordingly.

Apple Pay
If you have a latest generation Apple device, you can pay using Apple Pay. Apple Pay payments are usually quicker than with credit or debit cards or any other payment methods. Apple Pay is also safer than traditional card processes. Every transaction that is made with an iPhone or iPad needs Face ID or Touch ID verification or a code. Google Pay
If you have a latest generation Android device, you can pay using Google Pay. Apple Pay payments are usually quicker than with credit or debit cards or any other payment methods. Google Pay protects payment data through various levels of security. The card number is never stored on the phone at any time, but uses an encrypted virtual account number.
